Ishan Rayka

Area Director

Ishan works for Young Life full-time and has been in this role since the 2023. He loves his fiancé Sydney, the Pirates, Steelers, and Florida Gators, and coaching sports at Franklin Regional!

Syd Fleming

Sydney has been volunteer leading at FR for the past 6 years. She is Duquense Alum, and currently works full time as Marketing Coordinator! Sydney and Ishan are excited to continue to do ministry together as they get married!

FR Young Life is actually just a small part of a much larger mission across Pittsburgh, the US, and the world. Young Life exists in 100+ countries and is growing here in our backyard. Young Life is now in over 25 high schools around Pittsburgh. Visit pittsburgh.younglife.org to learn more.
